Common questions

Do I need a subscription? No. You can buy credit packs once and they never expire. Belora Plus is optional.

How do I cancel Belora Plus? In your iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Belora. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

I subscribed but it does not show. Open the credits screen in the app and tap "Restore purchases".

My result failed. Did I lose a credit? No. Failed results and unreadable photos are refunded automatically.

I reinstalled the app. Where are my credits? They stay with your device. Open the app and they come back.

Do you keep my photos? No. Photos are used only to create your result and are discarded right after. Finished results are kept on our server for up to 1 hour so a dropped connection does not charge you twice, then deleted automatically.
